2025-2026 Tryouts

• 15U through 18U tryouts will be July 25-27
• 11U through 14U tryouts will be October 10th through 12th
• Tryout Registration will open in June

Our mission is to provide high quality training in a positive atmosphere at an affordable rate. With a standardized training method, athletes are able to establish a solid foundation that they can consistently build upon each year. Our focus is to promote the development of highly competitive players and encourage each athlete to become the best version of themselves on and off the court.

FPVC offers REN, Power, and Premier teams. See below for more information about each program.

If you are accepting a spot on a FPVC Team, we have a Mandatory Commitment Night (the week after tryouts) to turn in paperwork and try on uniforms. Season Commitment Packet must be completed and turned in online prior to Commitment Night.

We offer 3 different level of teams - REN | Power | Premier. Read below to learn about each program.

HIGHLIGHTS

• NATIONAL TEAMS
• 13U through 18U (excluding 12 REN)
• Travel includes in state and out of state
• Tournaments include:
  • Cal Kickoff, NCVA Power League Tournaments, Far Westerns National Qualifier, and an additional Qualifier for 14 REN 1, 15 REN, 16 REN, and 17 REN

DESCRIPTION

• Our REN teams are for the high performing athlete looking to play at the collegiate level. By committing to a REN team, it is expected that athletes prioritize volleyball. Athletes will demonstrate dedication, work ethic, and focus at practice and tournaments. Teams will practice twice a week with conditioning and optional privates starting in December. The season ends in April/May unless the team participates in a National Tournament. Teams will participate in NCVA Power League and National Qualifiers to compete for a bid at nationals. For National Qualifiers, it is required that athletes attend ALL THREE DAYS -any exceptions must be known AT TRYOUTS.

• Travel in mostly in Nor Cal with some Reno travel
• Tournaments include:
  • Cal Kickoff, NCVA Power League tournaments, Far Westerns National Qualifier

DESCRIPTION

• Our Power Teams are for the athlete looking to build develop their volleyball skillset in a positive and enriching environment. Athletes will increase their knowledge of the sport while playing on a competitive team. Teams practice twice a week with conditioning and optional privates. Practice will start in December and end in April/May. 

HIGHLIGHTS

• 12U through 17U
  • This includes all 12U teams including 12 REN
• Travel is local 
• Tournaments include:
  • NCVA Premier League (1 day Qualifier, 4 Leagues, and a 2 day Regional)

DESCRIPTION

• Our Premier Teams are for developing athletes to be exposed to the sport of volleyball at an affordable rate. Athletes will learn skill fundamentals, build relationships, and compete in local tournaments. This is a great way to be introduced to this amazing sport!

Starting in December until the end of the season, practices for all teams will be twice a week anytime after 4:00pm. Practice times will be released on the team pages early November. Sundays are also a possibility.

FPVC Elk Grove has 3 practice locations - Wackford Community Center, SASF, and CRC. Please check out our facilities below. 

FPVC offers payment plans for our CLUB fees.

CLUB FEES : Fees cover the cost of Court Rental and Equipment, Tournament Entry Fees, League Fees, Recruiting, Coaches' Salaries and Travel.

• Monthly payment options are available!

*If adding more tournaments or attending Junior National Championships, there will be additional cost. Player travel and hotel expenses for the regular season are not included in the club fees

UNIFORM COSTS : We are sponsored by REN Athletics - one of the best in the business! Players will purchase uniforms directly through REN. Uniform expenses are not included in our club fees.

NCVA MEMBERSHIP : $70 for club season. NCVA Membership is the insurance required for all FPVC athletes to participate.
